In James it gives us the clear account of how one indulges his desires and feelings of lust to sin.

James 1:14-15 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

This is the mechanics of sin; when a mans feelings and desires or lust becomes excited or tempted the person wants to gratify these things at once, so the will and reason being overpowered bows down to the satisfying of the desires and sins. The Lord wants to restore the power of reason or truth in a persons mind so he won’t bow to temptation. This is done by being led of the Spirit, this way you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh, which is the carnal mind, the mind that is controlled by the gratification of self in prohibited ways. This is how Adam an Eve sinned, they had no sin nature to cause them to sin just their God given appetites, but when these appetites became excited or tempted, the desires overpowered their reason and their will bowed down to their desires and indulged not because of sin but because of self gratification and then they sinned because God said not to eat of the tree. It wasn’t wrong to be tempted it was wrong to indulge their appetites in an unlawful way. This is the way every person sins, by gratifying the desires in unlawful ways.

Each person will decide by his or her own will, whether he or she will be willing to give himself up to God completely and repent and believe. We definitely won't stand before a Holy God accusing Him of not giving us repentance and for making us human when He gave His son to die for our sins, and to (Mat 1:21) "Save us from our sins"not in them. Jesus Himself told the disciples to preach repentance and to turn from
